Participation Fee G200 Youth Summit
It is an international non-governmental project. Annually, we select around 150-200 best students and young experts in the field of international relations, economics, finance, medicine, technology, law and other fields who are eligible to become young head of state or ministers in the national youth delegations to the G200 Youth Summit.
The result of a 3-day G200 Youth Summit will be the final Communiqué (recommendations) discussed and approved by the participants which will reflect the view of young leaders on key issues in social and economic fields that have paramount importance for the young generation.
The Communiqué will be disseminated throughout the world and shared, in particular, with the Heads of 193 States and 70 leading international organizations such as UN, IMF, World Bank, OECD, European Commission, African Union, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, Association of South-East Asian Nations, Arab League, Union of South American Nations, and others.
What is the Purpose of the G200 Youth Summit?
- To involve young leaders from all over the world in resolving the most pressing economic and social problems of the moment;
- To establish an intercultural dialogue;
- To build business partnerships and friendships.

Who can participate in the G200 Youth Summit?
- A young expert in the sphere of international affairs, economics or finance, etc.;
- Aged between 18 and 30;
- Possessing good communication skills in English.
What is the official language of the G200 Youth Summit?
English.
What is the Format of the G200 Youth Summit?
Each delegate can participate only in one Сommittee and in one set position (Head's of State, Sherpa's, Journalist or Ministerial position). In the Committee each participant should act according to the position he or she was appointed by the G200 Association, after application and receipt of the Participation Fee. No more than 2 delegates from one сountry can participate in the same Committee.
The G200 Association will appoint each candidate to the selected Committees and to the selected Positions after the receipt of the participation fee.
Each participant of the G200 Youth Summit may apply for one of the following positions:
- The Chair will be chosen by the G200 Association Executive Committee;
- Secretary General will be elected by the participants of the Committee from among themselves on the first day of the G200 Youth Forum 2017 meetings. The necessary requirement is that the chosen person must speak fluent English;
- Head of Secretaries will be appointed by the G200 Association Executive Committee.
Five Committees work in parallel to discuss the agenda and create the Communiqué.

How to participate in the G200 Youth Summit?
The G200 Association will appoint each candidate to the selected Committees and to the selected Positions after the receipt of the participation fee.

Participation Fee
The Participation Fee is based on the chosen platform of participation; the chosen price offer period and type of accommodation (Single, Double, or Triple).
The organizers of the G200 Youth Forum, the G200 Association, is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. Thus, we regret to inform you that we or our partners are not able to provide participants with any scholarships. Participants should find the funds to cover their Participation Fee by themselves. However, we could provide an applicant with a supporting letter for searching a sponsor.
ATTENTION
- All costs acquired as a result of bank operations must be incurred by the Payer;
- The payment is not refundable;
- Payment should be completed within five (5) business days from the invoice date;
- The participation fee should reach the G200 Association's bank account by the last day of the chosen price offer period;
- Please be aware, if the fee is not paid during the chosen price offer period, we will send you a new invoice with the amount of participation fee price in accordance with the next price offer period.
What does the package cover?
- Participation in the general events of the G200 Youth Forum and specific events of the Conference, or the G200 Youth Summit, or Young Parliamentarians’ Debate, or Observers’ Program;
- Participation in the G200 Youth Forum Opening and Closing Ceremonies;
- 4 nights of accommodation in a 3 star hotel (06.12.2017 – 10.12.2017);
- 4 breakfasts, 3 coffee breaks, 3 lunches;
- Participation in Opening Gala Dinner and Concert of Classical music and Closing Gala Diner;
- Materials of the G200 Youth Forum; Invitations to the G200 Youth Forum required for the visa application (the electronic version is included in the package).
The participants of the G200 Youth Summit will also have the opportunity to participate in the general events of the G200 Youth Forum:
- The official opening and closing ceremonies of the G200 Youth Forum;
- Plenary Session for all the delegates of G200 Youth Forum;
- Opening Gala Dinner and Concert of Classical music;
- Closing Gala Dinner;
- Informal communication.
